General Products FAQ's
Intimate Fem Washes are formulated the same. The only difference is the addition of essential oils.
We highly recommend that you do not use the Intimate Fem Wash inside of your vagina, it should only be used externally(vulva).

Refund Policy

Shipping Policy
Please double check the address and contact you provide during shipment, we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address/contact provided by the customer.

We ship worldwide with the exception of countries currently experiencing conflict.

Shipping Times
Delivery will take place within the following timeframes:
- Capital City (Accra): 1-2 Business Days
- Other major city regions in Ghana: 2-3 Business Days
- Outlying Areas: 2-4 Business Days
Upon receiving your order, if it is damaged or something is missing you have 7 business days to report it to our customer service team so that we can better assist you.
